Key concept: Systems (definition): Systems are sets of interacting or interdependent components. Systems provide structure and order in human, natural and built environments. Systems can be static or dynamic, simple or complex. For individuals and societies, systems thinking provides a powerful tool for understanding both natural and human environments, and the role of individuals within them. Social and natural systems rely on a state of equilibrium and are vulnerable to change from internal and external forces.

In this unit, we learned about the Greek and their military, especially the Spartans. We were asked to create a project explaining everything. We learned how the system is formed, and how they fell apart, and the Greco-Persian Wars, it’s about the Persian invasion, and the Greeks are trying to force them out their city-states.

At first I didn’t know anything about the Greeks, I only heard of them, after this unit, things are so clear in my mind, Greeks are awesome and powerful. Below is a video I made that can help you learn more about the Greek Military. ENJOY!
