With that being said, let’s reflect my journey on my long-term fitness project throughout the month of October…

Also, every Tuesdays now I’m going to dance extensively as part of the Dance Club. I know that dancing is a very good cardio exercise that I believe that this allows me to burn off more calories than any of the previous activities combined (god I miss swimming 🥺🥺🥺). We will see the results in a month!

Now on to the results… I was quite shocked by the slight decrease of my weight and BMI from the vaccine-induced hiatus on jump ropes (76.7 to 76.4 kg, BMI 26.5 to 26.4), though my body fat percentage jumped from 22.5% to 23.5%, something that I have expected from that hiatus. Well, it seems that my first dance club meeting this past Tuesday was prolific, and as such, I have decided to commit to dance club in addition to my usual jump ropes and speed-walk sessions in order to compare the results pre and post-joining dance club.

Well, I’ll see you in a month!
