Long-Term Fitness Project Update – January 2022

The first post of the new year!

Due to the fact that I received my second dose of COVID vaccine during the winter break, I have expected that my 3 body measurements would all increase as a result of inactivity stemming from pre-cautions surrounding more severe side effects from that second dose.

Without further ado, here’s an update of the sessions I have completed throughout the month of January 2022.

As expected, the 3 body measurements went up as a result of inactivity throughout the month of January (weight: 77.2 –> 78.5 kg, BMI: 27 –> 27.5, body fat: 22.7 –> 22.8%). However, what’s particularly concerning is that after examining the trend throughout the past year, I have discovered that my weight and BMI have all reached an all-time high. Well, it’s time to get these daily sessions going in February after the Lunar New Year Break…
