Below is my progress on my long term fitness program in the month of December 2021.

These above sessions, along with the restoration of my usual Fridays and Saturdays swimming sessions, resulted in a slight decrease in all of my 3 body measurements (weight 77.3 –> 77.2kg; 27.1 –> 27.0 BMI; 23.2 –> 22.7 body fat percentage). This is a good sign to start off a new year and I hope that my continuation of these workouts will allow me to shred off more weight throughout the next few months.
