After this month’s workout sessions, my weight and BMI did slightly increase (76.0 to 76.7 kg, 26.3 to 26.5 BMI), though I’m pleased to report that my body fat percentage decreased from 23,3% to 22.5%, a near 1% decrease. That’s a good sign, and I believe that I can burn more calories every Tuesdays because I have elected to join the dance club. Dancing, as you may know, is a very exhaustive yet beneficial sport if you want to shred more weight. I can’t wait to show off my dancing skills while burning off more calories as part as my participation in dance club.

Despite my new membership of the school’s dance club, I’m afraid that I can’t show enough progress for the coming month due to me getting my first dose of the COVID vaccine on September 27 as I am forbidden to workout extensively throughout the week after getting my vaccine. Well, we’ll see how it goes after I get my shot…
