What was fun for me was that I get write about Katharine Hepburn. I think the part that was hard was that I needed to talk about Katharine Hepburn in front of a lot of people and i was really nervous. I learned about Katharine Hepburn and all the the ting she did. I think the fun part was that I get to learn about Katharine Hepburn and get to dress like her. The main thing that I really admire her is that she has a really cool personality and different from the other actresses. I think that she is really cool that she inspire girls to wear pants instead of skirts because before people I like to wear skirts and always think that girls wearing pants looks ugly.

This weekend I went to a desert for a girls scout camp it was the was camp I ever went. Our only water is the ones for running that you tie on your waist and little bottle around the thing that you tied but, of course that wasn’t enough because we needed to be train to live in a certain amount of water so our voice was dry and raspy the whole time. We had to rock climb too. It was really hard because you look at rocks for a long time and you will start to think it is something else that is not rigid. We were tied with ropes and lashes to hold the rope. And if you fall off the rock you fall really abruptly and you will die! If we really die I bet the teacher will be inexplicable to explain to our parents.

Discussion- Evelyn

This week we discussed about who you think Zero’s mom is a lot of people think it is the madam Zeroni’s son or grand son and I think so too. We also discussed why the Warden would want the suitcase. People in my group said that they think the suitcase has treasure in it and that the treasure is from Kate Barrow ( or Kissin Kate).

Connections- Hong Kai

Derrick think that he will be very is he didn’t have any parents. I think I will too.

Hong Kai think the smelly socks reminds him of raw fish but, smelly socks reminds me of my brother (Ethan).

Momoko thinks the yellow spotted lizard reminds her of the story of leeches Ms. Chagaris told us.

Melody.T think that the way Stanley won’t drink the water after Zero reminds her of her dad not eating after her grandpa. It reminds me of ladys first.

Dear  warden,

Why do you think I am so dumb? Do you think I even look dumb? Even though I don’t answer any questions, it doesn’t mean I am dumb! When you tested me of saying some words,  there was one word I got wrong, “Hat”. Stanley told me that I did great because, the  “C” sound makes the “Ch” voice!

Why does people think I am dumb? I just don’t answer those stupid questions people ask me! Also, Stanley is doing the right thing, I help him dig his hole, he teaches me how to read/write! Let me tell you the truth, Stanley came to this camp for nothing, it was me that made him got in this stupid digging holes thing!

So are you happy now, you think I am dumb? If I am dumb, how am I able to write this letter to you?  I will get revenge… }:)

Dear Zero’s mom,

Why did you left me in a park, and never came back to get me again? What was the problem to leave me, are you insane or controlled by someone!? You almost got me in trouble when someone asked me to eat something that looks weird, but other people seems to enjoy.

I am now in jail for stealing shoes that was suppose to be donated to the homeless shelters, it was your fault that got me in here! You didn’t even teach me about manners or anything, everything you say to me is: “Stay here and I will come back to get you later…”

I miss you a lot and I wish you can come and get me in camp green lake (the worst camp I have ever been to, even though this is the only camp i’ve been to).  Now in this lake, my friend Stanley teaches me how to read and write while others just laugh at me, they think that I don’t have a brain. For example, I just don’t want to respond to their stupid questions people are asking me!

P.S. If you are still alive, please write a letter back to me…

 Comment– I like how when Derrick wrote to the Warden he used his real name.

Lets start out with you skin color, if your skin tone is very white then try a bright red but, if you are a person with a tanned skin tone like me than a orangish reddish color will be perfect for you and if you are a person that is like kind of tanned but not that tanned that a hot pink color will be really nice. Or any kind of color around those three color.

Why: I think this part is my favorite because lips are my favorite part on my whole face. And I think lips can be so interesting.   

Have you ever gone to a health or beauty store? Have you seen a whole aisle of makeup and you just don’t know what it is? And posters of some really pretty girls? There is a really cute guy next to you he has a dreamy look in his eyes. His eyes are just glued to the poster? Well, it is time to get those eyes on you. This book is called Reading this book can change your look for a more sassy, classic or girly  look.

Today was the best field trip I ever had. At first I was really scared to ride on the rides at the amusement park. At first it was a big water slide I gripped the strapped  on the side and closed my eyes and felt water and air splashing on my face and my heart was beating like I never had and I then I herad a sploosh and I felt like I was about to drown and I slowly floated back up and knew I did it!  When we were going back I jerked my shirt to get the water out and and I felt the burlap and that was how I overcome my fear.

Discussion     

This week we talked about why Mr.Pendanski called Zero stupid people thinks it is because Mr.Pendanski is mean and makes fun of Zero but I think it is because zero can’t read or write and he desn’t like to answer questions.  We also discussed about  Zero going back to camp I think he will die and and I also think that Stanley will die with Zero because I think he is not that mean to just leave Zero.

Connections

A lot of my classmates  can connect to the part when Zig Zag forced Stanley to eat his cookie and I connected that it was like my mom focing me to clean up my room, but Momo’s was different she had a connection of when Zero can say fat  without Stanley telling him it reminds Momo that  sometimes we know something even before Ms.Martin tells us.

From Mr.Sir’s Dairy to Stanley  (Diary)

Can you just imagine how that stupid Stanley?! He cost me my sunflower seeds and my face. Can you believe that?! He must have some kind of plan I bet it is to tell the Warden lies and said that I found a bucket of gold and Mr.Sir took it and at the end of the day I will be having hundreds of scars on my face all because of him. I mean does he even know what my name is? It is Mr.Sir and it is like the king of the kings. I should be treated the best and I be the boss of the Warden! Just wait Stanley I will get revenge!!!!!! And at the end of the day you are the one that will get blamed and hit my the Warden!  I Will GET REVENGE!

Did you see my face? The Warden did it! Now it looks like I am a pirate. I bet she is getting revenge. And bet god made her for war because her name is called War then den so she is evil and she would be perfect for hitler’s wife. I was just trying to help and see if she sees any kind of characters in Stanley and she told me she doesn’t care and that I have changed so much for her and she told me she like me better when I smoke?! It is so not fair.
