Alright it’s time to face the devil now…

After July’s workouts, my weight did decrease, but only by a little, to 74.6 kg. However, my body fat percentage decreased significantly, from 22.2% to 21.3%. I hope that my workout plan will get better when I return to in-person learning because then I can resume my powerwalk sessions at school. Coupled with my jump rope sessions, I certainly believe that I can lose more weight by the end of August with this combined workout plan.

Chem Inventory Project Update

The ongoing pandemic has caused a series of disruptions to our chem inventory project. Even though the bottles have successfully arrived, we, unfortunately, could not complete this project before the start of the new school year due to COVID-related concerns.  Our supervisor got his first dose of the COVID vaccine soon after the bottles had arrived, and we had planned to complete the project this past Wednesday. However, due to a government law banning faculties members from having close contact with students without a PCR test, the Wednesday workday was canceled again, and now we have to complete the project using a weekend after school starts.
