Alright let’s face the devil now…
The previous month I weighed 76.1kg. Well, I’m pleased to announce that I had a significant loss in weight after a month of intense workout.
I weigh 74.7 kg now!!!
I’m also glad to report that both my BMI and my body fat percentage has dropped.
This demonstrates the importance of perseverance when you’re trying to accomplish something. You can see here that my perseverance throughout this month has allowed me to inch closer to a healthy lifestyle, and without it, I would have achieved nothing throughout this long-term experience. I know that it is difficult to maintain this perseverance throughout this intense workout plan but in order to achieve my dreams of a healthier life, it is very important for me to maintain this mindset in the many more months to come. As such, I will continue this intense plan into the future, hoping to drop below 70 kg.
