1. If I Were In Charge of the World
Annotation
Poem – If I Was the God of the Planet
If I was the God of the planet
I’d introduce stationery
Wednesday afternoons,
free music, and also Anthony Shen.
If I was the God of the planet
There’d be cleaner air quality,
more interesting books, and
entertainment all over the planet.
If I was the God of the planet
You wouldn’t have boring,
You wouldn’t have dirty,
You wouldn’t have homework.
Or “Don’t eat celeries.”
You wouldn’t even have celeries.
I was the God of the planet
A heavy book with notes and reflections wouldn’t be necessary
All movies would be interesting
And a person who sometimes bully people,
And sometimes not doing homework
Would still be allowed to be
The God of the planet

2. Where I Am From
Annotation
Poem – Guess Where I’m From?
I am from school
from sorcery and statistics.
I am from the spirit inside students
(Knowledgeable, joyful,
it reads like books.)
I am from the Apple computer,
the brilliant core,
whose best performance are present
as if they were by own.
I’m from travel and research,
from Julie and Ricky
I’m from the learn-it-alls
and the search-it-ups,
from Go on! and Keep it up!
I’m from the Japanese Buddha
With prayings everyday
and extras during CNY.
I’m from nowhere, spaghettis and sushis,
From the immigration of grandparents to Australia,
the harassment my father had.
Beside my study is bunch of photo albums
full of interesting memories
to enrich my childhood.
I am from all studies and memories,
learned before I grown,
live like a drama of life.

3. Ode
Annotation
Poem – Ode to Family Travels
Joy of traveling —
a must-have for my family.
Lots of souvenirs, phots, and memories,
fun times never come to an end,
it goes forever.
Pens, foods, and coins,
those are my family’s lovin’s,
always buy some during trips.
Taiwan, Japan, Korea
UK, Germany, France
US, Canada, Australia, NZ
If we have so much money
then we can go whenever we want.
4. List Poem
Annotation – Sick
Poem: Computers
Everyone needs it,
day and night, everyday,
without it, they’ll have nothin’ done.
COMPUTERS
A screen, a mouse, a keyboard
A processor that is never bored
workin’ hard to get things done,
designing, gaming, and writing homework.
Computers and Internet,
working together,
bring the user the best contents:
Emails, web, news, all online.
click, type, click, and you are done.
So easy that these are the best tools ever invented:
COMPUTERS.
5. Two Voice poem
Annotation: Lunch Rooms
Poem: Mother and Son -> Completed with Sean
Audio:
I do everything
I do work only at school
I am hard-working
I just want to relax.
You should study harder
I don’t want to!
I study for hours
This is ostensible.
Can I watch TV now?
Of course not! Of course!
My son fears me for my anger
My mom’s screaming is terrible
Go wash your dishes.
No! I don’t want to! Bye.
Go wash your OWN dishes!!!
Okay.
However, without him,
without my mom,
My heart will broke!
My mom and I
My son and I
Are members of my family
And love each other.
