So in continuation for my long-term fitness program…
I didn’t complete my session on Monday, April 19, due to prior arrangements, nor I will be able to complete my Monday, April 26 session due to the fact that students have that day off.
I will report my next weight result in the next blog post… Stay tuned! (I am so nervous now because I didn’t exercise a lot during the 2-week-long spring break…)
