Here is a video series to get you started with creating

Create a slideshow in Google Slides
Download each slide by going to File > Download as > PNG
1. Files download to Chromebook – not Google Drive
2. Locate them by going to the Apps Menu > Files
Open WeVideo (wevideo.com)
Give WeVideo permission to use Google Drive
Click Create New Video
Click upload media
Use CTL + Click to choose multiple images
Click open in the bottom right
1. Switch to timeline view by going to the menu
2. Add transitions by dragging them between the slides
Click the microphone to add narration
After you are finished, and if you like it, click the checkmark to upload it to your presentation
1. If your audio is longer than your slide, drag the right edge of the slide to the right
Repeat adding audio
Review by sliding the green playhead to the beginning of your presentation
1. Beware long pauses in your presentation, review and edit audio if needed
Publish by clicking the publish button at the top of the screen
1. Make a title for your video
2. Make sure Google Drive is in color
3. Choose 720p HD
4. Choose public or private
5. Don’t worry about the processing
6. When it is finished, the video will show up in your Google Drive
7. Share with your teacher, or move to a shared folder
