This unit is a 10-months course that allows us to conduct a project freely on any area that we’re interested in. For this personal project, I decided to do an art internship at Pier 2 Art Center in Kaohsiung. To showcase my work, I did a portfolio with all the documents gathered throughout the internship process, along with a written report that everyone is required to do. Although this project may not sound exciting and the product may seem boring, it was a very meaningful experience that allowed me to adopt a different role rather than a student and allowed me to see what the outside world is like for the first time in my life.
