As spirit week is approaching, I made a spirit week poster on behalf of the student council and the house council to promote the event. Making a poster is a lot harder than I thought. It took multiple tries to arrive at this final design that I’m satisfied with. From things as big as the design to things as small as the placement and font of the text, even the smallest details matter on a seemingly simple poster. I think this activity really sparked my creativity and inspired me to seek and engage in different ways of learning in the future. I’ve always associated myself with more of a note-taking type of learner, so I’ve never really tried to use visuals such as mindmaps and infographics to assist my learning. I should try doing more of these!
