Last Friday, my friend and I decided to do a Just Dance challenge for fun. We danced to many songs from different genres, from American pop to Korean pop. It was a very fun and enjoyable time. I was actually feeling quite stressed that week due to all the school work, and I wasn’t feeling the best that day. However, this activity really made me relax and forget all the stress I’m experiencing for a short while.

I usually don’t dance or sing in front of people because I’m not that artistically talented. But honestly, I think sometimes I’m just too conscious of myself and my actions because literally no one cares how good you dance. I guess this activity also made me more open-minded in a way, teaching me to let go of myself and enjoy myself more, and don’t be afraid of trying something unfamiliar just because I’m not good at it.
