As two more weeks have passed, I began to incorporate CAS experience as part of my daily life. Aside from keeping myself fit by exercising on a regular basis, I also started to make my life more creative by keeping a bullet journal.

Regarding my CAS Experience on working out, my investigation and preparation process didn’t involve much besides doing some research about a healthier lifestyle through informative videos on youtube and preparing some easy work out equipment such as a yoga matt. The next step of this CAS experience is to actually take action! To be honest, while I planned out my workout for the first week, I didn’t necessarily follow it due to my packed-up schedule. However, things started to become more organized the second week of my experience (week of 9/23) as I added flexibility to my plan while ensuring that I make exercise a must-do. For now, I’m only recording now the exercises that I did in my bullet journal in the “health and fitness” section, but hopefully, I will be able to film vlogs in the future to document my workout process!
