An update on my bulking process. I’ve gained about 5kgs from 67kg to 72kg now. https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html I used this site to calculate roughly how much I need to be eating, which is around 3100calories or more each day to stay in the range of calorie surplus. Though, I’m not actually keeping track of each meal or each snack that I eat. I roughly measure how much I eat and the type of foods that I eat. I’ve become better at controlling a diet and staying away from junk, which has also become easier because the cravings get lost. I think it’s interesting how I am able to eat more and more yet still feel hungry. This gets me motivated to perform my routines even more and not skip a day.

I also began to research how much water I should be drinking again, because for a while during my workouts I realized there are about 2 times that I got a headache knowing that during the day I drank less water and had less rest. At first, I thought it was a temporary issue because of the breathing pattern in my workouts, but I then realized I was falling behind what I usually drink, which is around 3000ml of water around the afternoon, and at night I complete at around 4000ml.
