I’ve come to realize blogging about CAS gives me a moment to reflect on what I have done in a month. I think it’s very interesting to look back and realize that I’m doing more and more, even if it isn’t blogged sometimes while I’m writing the blog I would think back to what has happened and what new hobbies have formed.
It’s been quite a while since I began boxing. A significant problem became to show in my daily gym routines where my grip strength has weakened. My trainer explained to me that the forearm muscles contract for a long period of time hence overpowering. This shifts some of the power that has to be taken into the wrist. This experience adds to my previous injuries because it shows how important relaxing on the foam roller is, despite it not being an injury. The process of letting the muscles heal is crucial to its growth.
