For this month’s CAS I am focusing on cooking once again. Below are a few pictures of the dishes I cooked. I found recipes online however, I did not really follow them as I used to for ideas and interpreted them on my own. Essentially, I took the ideas from the recipes and made them into my own dish. By no means is it better, it was more of a lazier but easier way to make a dish that fits my diet.
Cooking this month also contributes to my fitness goals where I am trying to gain more weight to match the amount of training I am currently doing per week. So far, it has been very effective, I am getting enough of the nutrients that I need and stay above a caloric surplus.
