We use other poet’s work style to write something of our own.
If I were in Charge of the World Poem
If I were in charge of the world,
I’d make more freedom,
I’d live by myself,
I would make
pizza,
mc Donalds
and all the fast food healthy
but still salty
No one can control
what I want to eat
when I want to do things
and what I want to do
Although it doesn’t sound like a perfect plan
You can always make it work.
Where I am from
I am from ENIAC
from IBM to Macintosh
I am from a white city
filled with snow
and made with a hero
I am from the coconut trees
the coconut trees
that lives within the sunshine
From leaders and winners
I am from lack of religion
I am from Richmond,
Syrup and Salmon
I am from living to freedom
technology to filmmaking
flying to exploring
Ode to Photographs
This is the ocean,
and here is my camera
This is the mountain,
and here is more of my camera
This is the wing of an aeroplane,
with its body cut off
Here is me standing on rock,
here is more of the ocean,
here is more of the mountains,
I travel to places for the photographs,
I travel to places for fun
I travel to places to relive
List Poem
I am hungry
in all countries
I eat pizza
like a cheetah
My stomachs is aching
My energy is lowering
My body is collapsing
My limbs are deflated
My brain is naked
I’m becoming a skeleton
like that character named plankton
Now I’m hungry for pizza
in all restaurants with pasta
and I’ll be like a cheetah
relieved in the meta
