In this part of the month, I’ve moved onto running towards the mattress and leaping over an obstacle and completing a flipping motion. It’s important to get used to being upside down in the air. I’ve become better at completing that flip motion, however, I still can’t get enough torque to do it off flat ground. Off an elevated surface like the floor to a lowered mattress and over a pillow, I could complete. But when it comes to leaping off flat ground, it’s still a little bit intimidating to do and hard to get my lower body to flip itself in the air enough.
