In this project, we were supposed to choose a topic that is related to academics, so we chose bibliographies. I` learned alot of things about making a bibliography. I learned about why its important,  simple parts that you need to add, and also websites that you can use to make one.

During our research, one of the important things that we learned was why bibliographies are important.  Which includes showing research, avoiding plagarism, and aslo including honesty. Showing reasearch is important, because it helps readers know where you got your information and also the author who gave you the information. If you are a student, it will aslo let the teacher know where you’ve been searching and how you are searching.  If you aren’t doing good in school or researching, your teacher can help you with how you search.

Another important information that we learned was that making a bibliography also shows honesty. Bibliography shows honesty, because if you don’t cite, it means that you are plagarizing. You are taking other people’s ideas and saying its yours. You are being honest where you got your information on, so helps you avoid plagarism. Honesty is also a very important factor. In school, you need to show a honest appearance. In schools, if you get caught being academic dishonesty, you will face a negative consequence. Plagarizing is a form of being dishonest, and a bibliography is a way to get rid of the posibility of being dishonest

Another area that we found important was how to cite a webite. Citing Websites like easybib, bibme, citation machine, etc.,  is an important tool to use. Some important requirements of citing a website is the publisher, date, and article title.

Some improvements that we can in this project is that we should be more careful and checking the presentation before presenting. In the middle of our presentation, we found out that one of our slides was accidentally deleted. We should be more careful about it. Another part that I can work on is practice public speaking more. When I do public speaking, I stagger alot and often times forget parts to say.

Overall, in this project, I learned alot of making bibliographies. I will also cite and make bibliographies to every work that I have, if I used another person’s work.
