Sometimes, we people get our grade back and just don’t care about it. That is a major mistake of lots of people because if you don’t go over the stuff you did wrong, you’re never going to know it. Have anyone wondered what the word reflective mean? It means that you go over the things that you do wrong, so if you failed a test and you don’t care about it and not willing to learn it, you aren’t a reflective learner. Being a reflective learner isn’t very hard because the only thing you need to do is to go back to your wrong stuff and say why you got it wrong and what you did was excellent. I’m going to show you examples of me being a reflective learner and why I’m a reflective learner in the next paragraph.
Most of the assignments, I often check over the things that I’m wrong because I want to get it right again. I’m a reflective learner because every test, I check to see what I’m wrong and what I’m right. I will figure out why I am wrong and what is the reason that I was wrong. I also look at what I can do to make it right again. An example of me being a reflective learner is when I got a C on my science quiz, I figured out what I was wrong. I figured out that the thing that I am wrong is about not knowing exactly what volume is.
I am a reflective learner, but there are still other parts or things that I can improve on. I think the thing that I need to change is about I need to reflect it more deeply. What I mean by that is to thing deeper in the wrong stuff. Parts that I can work on is reflecting more about my grade and the projects I did. Those are the parts that I need to work on because I don’t often reflect on my grade and project that much because there are so many parts to do to reflect them.
