Today we went to watch Literature class act out the scenes from Othello. They portrayed tension between characters, but not the jealousy. I think it’s cool that they acted out the scene of how Iago manipulated Othello.

Evidence offered: statistics, past news, and interviews

The evidence provided only supported the one side. When they show videos of police brutality, they only show the part when the person is being arrest and not showing what the person has done to be arrested.

current state –> historical footage, past presidents’ speeches —> interviews explaining the issue of mass incarceration –> present presidents’ speech, police brutality footage.

the film doesn’t feel slow because the documentary jumped between different interviews.
