With a gruelling Western Conference going up against strong NBA teams like OKC, GSW,LAC, Houston Rockets.etc each lead by strong and relatively famous NBA superstars like James Harden, Kevin Durant,Russell Westbrook, Stephen Curry, Blake Griffin, and all the others. This conference quickly finds itself significantly tougher than the Eastern conference as each team fights for every game in the 82 game NBA season, and more importantly “scraps” for every possession during the playoffs. This conference is never before tougher than it ever was.
San Antonio Spurs is not just sitting around either, with a tough conference and season ahead, they add in relatively “unpopular” players that is willing to sacrifice to the team, doesn’t care about personal stats and only willing to play teamwork and do what coach says. Adding in a strong PF Lamarcus Aldridge this season was just a beginning of what people will call, a championship contender team again.
