Welcome to another summary of what I have been doing over the past two week. In this report, you will realize that I has madnessly taken things to the next level, or to the extremes I should say, doing things no other clay model builder has ever tried before. I did it and it was pretty successful, other than a few broken pieces of his epic wooden model and a dire situation of excessive usage of clay causing me clay shortage, everything else is just pure awesome.

This week I have been doing an aircraft carrier, it sounds great but its not great, not even close to what I can achieve, man this operation was kind of a failure because I didn’t realize how much resource I have used to build that Spitfire I built last week. I now face some clay shortages and kind of improvising, replacing it with wooden model tools as my “structure” and decorating it with clays, which uses much less clay to support my model building.

Well, like I said, this is my aircraft carrier, it is not that cool but at least its something, I really used too much resource last week resulting not being able to create another big project. Constructing the red part of it took about the whole English class plus another 30 minutes after school, and the black part was where the tough part came, you have to assemble it while it falls off piece by piece (man that is the most annoying thing on Earth). This took about 2 hours total and really drove me crazy with the “falling pieces”.

Well here comes the fun part, this week I have did something pretty much no one else would, a joint operation of clay and wooden models Photo on 2-14-15 at 9.56 PM

Like I said, I am running short on clay so I can’t really do anything big right now, so I improvised and just built this wooden model. You think this model is easy? Nah, the instruction manual is terrible (random numbers) and the material (wood) breaks so easily if you force it. It took me literally 3 hours to just assemble the car, and another 40 minutes to add the clays on it. You do realize this ain’t no easy task cuh!!!

That’ll wrap things up for what I have been doing for the past weeks as I can tell you, I am kind of proud of what have done, Ms.Marcum is also proud of me for accepting new challenges and doing it no matter how long it takes or how frustrating it is. I kept myself going because this is one of my favorite thing to do, and by god I am not gonna let these small pieces of random woods and clays stop me from fixing them.
