reflective

In learning, you should know your weaknesses and your strong point in learning, and how you can use that as a goal toward being better and better. Being reflective means looking back at your work and thinking about how you can do better. Sort of like a reflection, “what are your strong points in this project and what are your weaknesses in your project, what could you do better?” and things like that. There are a lot of times when you need to reflect on your work , use work A and work B as an example, your work A has mistakes such as grammer and punctuation mistakes. In you self reflection you can write about how you can put in more effort toward changing it, you don’t have to fix all of it,but its kind of easy to correct it if you understand it (strong point), but hard to if you don’t understand and is struggling(weakness). Then you can try to improve on it by putting efforts on improvements and at work B you actually get a much higher grade for the effort and the correct punctuations and grammer.

I am a reflective learner because I know that I am good at geography, science, P.E, and art, but I am struggling a bit on math, and English. So I am working really hard on trying to make myself better at both English and math. It is a painful and torturing effort, but in order to improve,  I got to train myself, and that effort is part of the training, trying to improve on my weaknesses. For my strong points, all I have to do was to keep a high level of study and keep it up, which involves in some effort because there are traps everywhere (test, quizes, homeworks, etc, anything that can let your grade suffer). ISome of the obstacles are easy to pass, others involves in tremendous efforts and determination and teamworks with other classmate to achieve it.

I demonstrate being a reflective learner by studying my weaknesses and learning lessons on it. Sort of relates to what I said before. Trying to improve on it. As I said I am stronger at science, geography, P.E, Japanese & Spanish, but I struggles a bit at english(more) and math(less). I focus most of my training on improving on English, but I still spend times on studying math, with help of some bu shi ban teachers, I think what I need to focus more on is English because I struggles at it most of all and I want to learn how I can improve on it to become a better learner.

I spend times on improving my weakness(English) by reading more books and more books to get a better hand on English and also learn things through book. Also studying my DGP and DRP everyday for 5-10 minutes becoming better and better slowly. It takes time, but results will be shown in the future.
