I came across a couple of interesting videos this week about how children learn.  The first one allows us to remember that children need to be able to explore in order to learn.  Sometimes we try to put kids in a box and forget their brains are wired to explore and take risks in order to progress:

I also would like to share this video. It is about how today’s learner is a much different learner than I was. Are we using the proper education model for future generations? It’s a great movie about what 21st Century learners need and how we help prepare them for the near future. There are so many great innovators!
