In science class, we did experiments about candy. Students used a simple concept to practice setting up independent, dependent and controlled variables in an experiment. We did the following experiment together as a class:
After we did this experiment for several days, students were then asked to come up with their own candy experiment. Below is an example of Gwendolyn’s presentation to the class. The students wrote lab reports and also gave an oral presentation to the class.
