Hello, I’m Claire!

I am currently a senior at Kaohsiung American School. I was born in Canada and lived there until I was nine years old, before moving to Taiwan. To this day, I still identify myself as Canadian more so than Taiwanese.

First of all, I love reading and writing. I have a Wattpad account where I post fanfictions and original works. The fanfictions are usually about Harry Potter and Percy Jackson, two of favourite book series of all time. I want to try more with creating totally original stories that my readers will still enjoy.

My biggest inspiration has always been Taylor Swift. She is a talented singer and songwriter that I’ve been looking up to since I was a tiny second grader. In fact, “Love Story,” one of her most famous singles, was the first song I ever learned to sing. I love her attitude, refusal to back down to critics, haters, and the poisonous people in her life. The lyrics of all her music tell a vivid story that makes me imagine myself in the same setting as her and feel so many emotions. This is exactly what I hope that readers will experience when they read my stories.
