What Does it Mean to Be Reflective?

Being reflective means that you go back and reflect what you’ve done deeply and carefully. Sometimes you use a rubric to reflect. You see how you’ve done and see how you can improve. It’s like double checking.

I am reflective because I read over the my work again and grade myself and see how I can do better.I also watch the videos I do to see how I can improve. Like to see if I can hear myself. Or maybe the camera is shaking. Also when I do sports or something, when I get home I think of strategies on how I can win. And when someone gives me advice on how I can improve, I listen.

I can be more reflective by taking more time to reflect. Sometimes I only reflect for like 1 minute. If I reflect longer I can improve it better because I thought about way more. If I reflect for like 1 minute, it might not make much of a difference anyway. And if you don’t reflect at all. You will improve very little. And that’s not going to help you.

This is what it means to be reflective, how it’s important , how I am reflective, and how I can improve.
