Poetry is a form of art in literature. In this new unit, we used idioms, song titles, slogans, and blackout to form a poetry remix of our own.

A Difficult Task

It’s a long row to hoe
but don’t give up the ship.
Pull out all the stops.

Blood, sweat, tears.
Trials and errors.
Leaps and bounds.

Practice makes perfect.
So reach for the moon
for the sky’s the limit.
