1. If a “sister of a god” open a tavern, or enter a tavern to drink, then shall this woman be burned to death.
It means that if a “sister of a god” went to a drink store, or drink the drinks. She will be burn to death.
It’s important because then the “sister of a god” won’t go to the tavern, so it’s better for the tavern.
2. If a man have no claim on another for corn and money, and try to demand it by force, he shall pay one-third of a mina of silver in every case.
It means that If a man have no claim and try to demand it by force, he will pay one-third of a mina of silver in every case.
It’s important because it is fair to pay one-third of a mina of silver in every case. And no one will do it again.
