NO HOMEWORK ON WEEKENDS!

Do you think we should have homework on weekends? Do you want my play time gone, because too much homework on weekends? In U.S.A you don’t have to do homewrok on weekends, because teachers think the weekend is to let you relax and play with your family. Teachers also think family time can teach lots of things,not only homework can let you learn things. So I think we should have no homework on weekends!

My first reason that we should have no homework on weekends is that we can play much longer than when we have to do homework. Play can let me feel happier. Play can let us use our imagination. I like to play with legos. Playing with legos helps to improve my skills. And your math area will have good grades. When I am old I can build a house by myself. I can use my lego man to make a war story.

My second reason that we should have no homework on weekends is that we can visit lots of places. We can meet different people, learn lots of different cultures and our social studies will be very good too!One time, I wanted to go to Sun Moon Lake, because the homework on weekends was too much, so we can’t go to Sun Moon Lake.

My last reason is that we will not be tired. Because there is no homework, our brain can take a break.We can sleep longer too. Scientists say that in my age you have to sleep 10 hours for each day and your brain will be smarter. When my brain don’t have a break I think my brain is going to blow up.

You might say you will forget what you learn, but no, we will review what we learned this week. And you might say if the next day is going to take a test then you will get a bad grade. No one say that no homework doesn’t mean we don’t study. What if we have nothing to do? We have lots of things to do, like go to my friend house to play games.

We should have no homework on weekends, I think homeworks is a like a monster! Homework will steal our play time, sleep time and vacation time. Only weekends can let us do these stuffs. So I think we should have no homework on weekends!
