And one of the ways to trigger the reward system is to MOVE because when you are staying sedentary, your body sends signals that you want to REST, and it will reduce your MOTIVATION.
Having more Motivations make life more organized, you will start planning to socialize, exploring nature. , you will eventually become less stressful and start to stop dwelling about all the annoying little things around you. PEOPLE SAY EXERCISING IS THE BILL FOR LOSING WEIGHT IN YOUR BODY, IN FACT, IT IS A BILL FOR LOSING “WEIGHT” IN YOUR BRAIN.
