To celebrate the end of the school year, my mom and I decided to bake some cupcakes for the family. After gathering the tools and ingredients, the next step was to sort out measurements. We tried to find online recipes that were fit for the number of cupcakes we wanted, but we decided to try out our own recipe. Little by little, we added the ingredients together to check on the consistency of the batter. This was the most creative part of the process!
Here were the ingredients we ended up with:
- 3/4 cup of water
- 1/5 cup of oil
- 2 eggs
- 220 g of flour
For a bonus: I added some sprinkles to decorate the cakes, though some did sink to the middle of the cupcakes.
