Our family usually travels during winter break as it is our only time of the year to spend time together. Everyone in the family is busy, even though we usually live together, but as we grow up everyone has their own lives to live. However, this winter break, we couldn’t go anywhere because of certain reasons. On the positive side, we still get to do whatever we wanted.
So for this month’s CAS, I went ahead and “learned” how to drive. During the year before, in 2019, I was eligible for a basic driver license in Canada, the “learners’ license”. I never got my license because I didn’t get to return to Canada with my family, and we missed our time in getting my license. So, during this month’s CAS, I learned how to drive even better with my family. I’ve learned how to drive in the previous years but never really driven a lot on road.
That sounds very interesting! What troubled you the most when you were just learning how to drive? How did you overcome it and how does it feel after looking back at it now?
